Shipping Information
Dabbsson's US site supports shipping to both the United States and Canada.
US Shipping Service
- Free shipping for all orders from Dabbsson US local warehouse in (CA & NJ)!
- Please note that we cannot deliver to the following locations: islands, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
- For shipments to Hawaii, a shipping fee of $800 applies due to additional ocean shipping costs.
CA Shipping Service
Free shipping for all from the Canada local warehouse!
Canada Stock Include:

- Expandable Battery: DBS1700B, DBS3000B
- Solar Panel: 120W, 210W
For Canadian customers, if you wish to purchase other product models not mentioned above but listed on this website, you may consider utilizing a logistics transfer service based on your needs.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Zone
We currently do not ship outside the US and CA. European users can directly purchase from our EU website and DE website.
Dabbsson.com ships to addresses within the US, Canada, and some US territories. If you have any questions about the shipping areas, please consult support@Dabbsson.com before placing your order. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
- The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1 Working Days
- Shipping time: 2-5 Working Day
- Shipping methods: FedEx or UPS
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Dabbsson packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS. You could contact FedEx: 1(800) 463-3339 or UPS Domestic: 1-888-742-5877 for further shipping information. The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days.
Damages
Dabbsson.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 20 days at support@dabbsson.com.
