Shipping Fee
Free shipping for all from the US local warehouse (CA & NJ)!
*Except for islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Zone
We currently do not ship outside the U.S, and European users can directly purchase from our EU website.
Dabbsson.com ships to addresses within the U.S., some of U.S. Territories (Please consult support@Dabbsson.com before ordering), and does not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

- The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 Working Days
- Shipping time: 2-7 Working Days
- Shipping methods: FedEx or UPS
- Shipping fee: Free shipping for all! *Except for islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Dabbsson packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS. You could contact FedEx: 1(800) 463-3339 or UPS Domestic: 1-888-742-5877 for further shipping information. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Damages
Dabbsson.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 20 days at support@dabbsson.com.
