Self-pickup Process

1. Placing an Order and Choose Self-Pickup

Select the products you wish to purchase on our website and complete your order. During the checkout process, select self-pickup as your preferred pickup option. Choose the pickup location where you'd like to collect your order. We offer multiple pickup locations for your convenience.

2. Warehouse Preparation

For customers who choose to pick up their orders from our warehouse, we want to ensure a smooth and efficient process. After you place your order, we initiate the necessary preparations in our warehouse. Typically, this process takes 24-48 hours to complete.

**What to Expect:**

- Preparation Time: Allow us 24-48 hours to prepare your order for pickup.
- Confirmation Email: Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a confirmation email.

3. Getting the BOL (Bill of Lading)

Along with the confirmation email, you will receive a Bill of Lading (BOL) document, which contains essential details about your order and serves as a receipt of goods.

4. Self-pickup Process

When you arrive at the selected pickup location during its operating hours, follow these steps to collect your order:

1).Present Bill of Lading (BOL): Hand over the Bill of Lading (BOL) document that you received in your confirmation email. This document serves as proof of your order.
2).Provide Valid Identification: Present a valid form of identification to verify your identity. This could be a driver's license, passport, or any government-issued ID.

3).Confirmation: Our staff at the pickup location will verify your BOL and identification. Once verified, you will be handed your order.

4).Inspect Your Order: Before leaving, take a moment to inspect your order to ensure it is complete and in good condition.

5).Sign Confirmation: Sign any necessary confirmation paperwork if required.

5. Order Verification

After you pick up your item, we will initiate the order verification process, which typically takes 2-3 business days. During this time, we will confirm the details of your order and ensure its accuracy. Once the verification is complete, your order will be marked as fulfilled, and you will receive an email notification confirming that your order has been successfully processed.

6. Note

1).The self-pickup service is only available for customers who choose this option.
2).When picking up the order, please bring a valid identification document along with the pickup form.
3).If you are unable to personally pick up the order, please ensure that your representative holds a valid identification document, pickup form, and an authorization letter.
